M45 ALCYONE

The same basic concept as M45 Pleione with a similar entrance floor that provides a three-part division into entrance/hall, wet room/wardrobe/kitchen, living room/master bedroom. The middle part allows circulation and transition between the floors. The second floor consists of two volumes, one of which has extra ceiling height, which provides space and opportunities for sleeping alcoves in two of the bedrooms. The upper floor extends protectively over the entrance. The offset also leaves room for a generous roof terrace facing the garden side.
