GARPHYTTAN LATORP COMPETITION

Land allocation competition for townhouses/villas in Latorp in Garphyttan. Two different types of villas on three floors, with different floor plans with similar appearances to give some variation in facade but also a unifying repetition. The houses are arranged to form a semi-private common in the middle. The sloping walls are clad with solar panels, oriented to give maximum exposure to sunlight.
