The stairs wind up like a double spiral in both buildings. They lead into different places inside and on to the apartments. All apartments are unique and in varying sizes, from 1 to 4 rooms and kitchen.

On the roof terraces, the flights of stairs meet so that they lead up and around and then down and around, without having to go back to the same place again. Via a walkway in the yard, you are taken to the opposite house and up its flights of stairs. You can therefore continue around, up, around down and so on lap after lap in a three-dimensional running track.
